DOUCENUIT

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

1. Seller

This online store is operated by Doucenuit, based in France. You can reach us at our contact page. These terms apply to every order placed on this website.

2. Products

Each product page describes the essential characteristics of the product, including dimensions, age range and maximum weight. Photos are as accurate as possible; small differences in colour may occur depending on your screen. Always follow the safety instructions in the user manual.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (EUR), all taxes included (VAT). Shipping is free. The price charged is the one shown at the time you confirm your order. Discount codes apply only under the conditions stated with them.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted, and you receive a confirmation email. Payment is made by card through our secure payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. We may cancel an order in case of suspected fraud or a pricing error, with a full refund.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and destinations are described in our Shipping policy. If delivery is more than 30 days late, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason, as provided by EU law. Doucenuit extends this period to 30 days. The procedure is described in our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Legal guarantees

All products benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).

8. Personal data

Your data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, please contact us first so we can find a solution. You may also use a consumer mediator free of charge, or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
