Shipping
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods. A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order ships. Some large items may be delivered in several parcels.
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. For deliveries outside the European Union, local import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
You can return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, in addition to your 14-day EU right of withdrawal.
- Products must be complete and returned in their original packaging
- Return shipping is free for orders delivered in France
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return

Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the stated time, contact us at our contact page with your order number. We will send a replacement or refund you in full.
