Refund & Return Policy

30-day returns

You can return any product purchased on Doucenuit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. This goes beyond the 14-day legal right of withdrawal that applies to all purchases made online in the European Union.

Conditions

• The product must be complete, with all parts, accessories and the user manual
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, carefully protected for transport
• Mattresses and bedding must be unused and in their original sealed protective film, for hygiene reasons
• Products damaged by misuse or handling beyond what is needed to inspect them may receive a reduced refund

How to start a return

1. Contact us at our contact page with your order number and the product you want to return
2. We send you the return address and instructions within 2 business days
3. Ship the product back within 14 days of your return request

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is free for orders delivered in France. For orders delivered outside France, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or not as described.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we confirm the refund by email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. Original free shipping is not charged back.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your product arrives damaged, defective or different from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.

Legal guarantee of conformity

All products benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU consumer law (articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code), and from the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).

Exchanges

To exchange a product for another colour or model, return the original item following the steps above and place a new order.
